Oh Yes Communications helps Clearity match their marketing efforts to the company’s growth, while strengthening engagement, lead generation, industry recognition, and sales outcomes.
Industry: Environmental Services

Marketing that doesn’t keep up with the growth of a business loses clarity, direction, and confidence.
Brent Kynoch, founder and seasoned entrepreneur behind two environmental services businesses, launched Clearity Environmental in 2020 to deliver certified mold-free projects through proactive moisture and mold prevention during construction.
While the company had established a strong foundation and growing client base, their marketing systems and messaging hadn’t yet evolved to support this next phase of growth.
Without a strategic, scalable approach, opportunities were at risk. Brent and his team at Clearity needed a marketing strategy that was at the level they were, messaging that reflected the story of where they were headed, and ongoing support to continue building their recognition beyond their starting point.

Like many growing organizations, there comes a point when what once worked no longer supports where the brand is headed and the marketing strategy has to evolve alongside it.
After years of working with Brent and his team, a trusted communications professional recognized she had taken Clearity Environmental as far as she could. With the business continuing to grow, she saw the need for a higher-level, more strategic approach to marketing.
Knowing it was time for that transition, she connected Brent and his team with Kathy Dixon with Oh Yes Communications to transition Clearity to an agency that could step in and guide them forward for their future growth.
While Clearity had been consistent in their marketing efforts to date, the gap was glaring: they needed a strategic approach that didn’t just maintain momentum, but elevated the brand to match where the business was going.
“We love working with Oh Yes, and as someone with a background in Marketing, they impress me during every meeting.” – Kitty, Senior Director
With a strong marketing foundation in place, Clearity was in need of more than one-off projects; they needed depth of what was already working and on-going support of a strategic partner who could evolve alongside them.
Here’s what that’s looked like for the last near-three years:
Our first step is always a messaging workshop…and for good reason. Over the years, we’ve learned that most agencies skip this foundational step that aligns your team and accurately documents the messaging of the brand and all that encompasses it.
We spent a full-day on-site with Brent and his leadership team dissecting and conversing through strategic messaging that told the story of who they are becoming, not just who they’ve been.
Through this collaborative discussion, we clarified their culture, their impact, their expertise, and the clients they’re best positioned to serve now and moving forward to create a branded messaging guide they can refer to for their marketing.
Clearity had invested in a logo they liked, but lacked a brand system that allowed them the structure and flexibility to apply this single logo in the variety of ways needed.
Once the messaging was complete, our team of designers expanded their Brand Guide to include cohesive typography, color palettes, patterns, taglines, and a comprehensive set of logos.
As Kathy often says, a Brand Guide by Oh Yes is a “living, breathing document”.
For ongoing clients like Clearity, it’s revisited regularly to reflect growth. In 2026, it was time to revisit this client’s “Why Statement”, which in turn, updated their taglines. An updated Brand Guide and fresh set of logos with taglines were delivered for real time impact in the various ways this clients markets and networks
Post messaging workshop and brand expansion, our marketing team stepped in as their external marketing partner.
The Oh Yes crew of copywriters, community managers, designers, photographers, and more came alongside Brent and his team and began a strategic plan mapping out annual goals, followed by a quarterly approach with 6-week sprints.
“We love working with Oh Yes, and as someone with a background in Marketing, they impress me during every meeting.” – Kitty, Senior Director
From editorial calendars, full platform set-up, graphics, email marketing, SEO content, and implementation and management, this client now had the opportunity to simply review and provide feedback, and leave the rest to us. Ongoing clients meet with us monthly to review analytics, provide real time updates and feedback, and have the peace of mind knowing our team will execute from there.
Built into our ongoing marketing support are bi-annual photo shoots that range from in-office, on-project site, or curated “studio” style shoots in environments that match the brand.
Full digital galleries are delivered within a week, equipping Clearity with high-quality, custom imagery for both digital and print marketing, and adding a layer of personalization and impact to everything they share.
In partnership with their onstaff business development team, Oh Yes develops strategic collateral for Clearity based on needs, requests, and lead development goals. From print marketing, to booth collateral, leave-behind items, and impact graphics, these items amplify what’s happening internally and externally, so the Business Development and Sales team have what they need to build trust, and close sales.
Despite having been in business for several years, most organizations overlook the impact of reputation management in the relationships being nurtured. From Google Reviews, to post-project forms, we’ve been able to support Brent and his team at Clearity in gathering the positive feedback — one of the single reasons why clients continue to return and refer, to support marketing, sales, and internal morale.
After years of partnership with Oh Yes Communications, Clearity now has a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports growth at every level, including:
